The Triplet Method is a system for building mobility, stability, and strength, for specific movements. This complete system for home exercise and rehab was developed by Dr. Chloe Costigan while working with her patients at Mobility-Doc.
- Mobilize: Improve flexibility for what you are trying to do.
- Activate: Wake up the muscles that should be helping the movement.
- Strengthen: Once you've improved your range of motion, and you've woken up the right muscles, then you can build strength, and make the changes permanent.
